Usually, yes. When you book directly with us there are no platform service fees, so we can offer a better rate for the same home and dates. Check the availability calendar on the home's page, then send us a message.
All five are in Chico, California, minutes from Enloe Medical Center, downtown, and Chico State. Each home's page has a neighborhood map, and we share the exact address once your stay is confirmed.
Yes. Every home is minutes from Enloe, and the Alley House is a 2 minute walk. Many of our guests stay with us while a family member is at the hospital, and self check-in with smart locks means you can come and go at any hour.
Yes, two nights. The availability calendar on each home's page enforces it, so any dates you can select are a valid stay.
Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off the nightly rate, and stays of 30 nights or more get 20% off. The discount is applied automatically in the calendar on each home's page, so the total you see already includes it.
Absolutely, and longer stays are some of our favorites. Traveling nurses on 13 week contracts, families on extended hospital stays, and people relocating to Chico stay with us regularly. Weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically, and we are happy to talk through a longer arrangement.
Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Every home has self check-in with a smart lock, so you don't need to meet anyone or pick up keys, whether you arrive at 3 PM or 3 AM.
Often, yes. If the home wasn't rented the night before your stay, we can offer early check-in at noon instead of 3 PM. Send us a message a day or two before you arrive and we'll confirm.
Yes, with pre-approval. Message us about your pet before booking and we'll almost always say yes. We just ask that the home shows no trace of your pet at check-out.
Yes, every home has free parking on the property. The Blue House driveway fits multiple vehicles, the Alley House driveway fits two cars, and the White House has gated off-street parking.
All five homes have fast Wi-Fi, and several have dedicated workspaces, including the Blue House, the Grey House, and a large desk in the White House's second bedroom.
Yes, and it works well: four of the homes sit within a few blocks of each other, and together the five homes sleep 27 guests. Families gathering for weddings, graduations, and reunions often book two or three houses at once. Contact us and we'll coordinate the dates.
Nightly rates run from $119 to $145 on weeknights and $149 to $209 on Friday and Saturday nights, depending on the home. Cleaning is $75 for the Blue and Alley House and $100 for the Green, Grey, and White House. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off and stays of 30 nights or more get 20% off. Pick your dates on any home's page and the calendar totals it up for you. The total you see includes Chico's 12.5% lodging tax, so there is nothing added at checkout.
Yes. Graduation weekend, May 19 to 23, is a flat $650 per night for the Blue and Alley House and $1,100 per night for the Green, Grey, and White House. Those dates book up early, so reach out well ahead.
No. The total shown on each home's calendar is what you pay: nightly rates, the cleaning fee, and Chico's 12.5% lodging tax are all included. There are no booking or service fees when you book direct.
Once we confirm your dates we'll email you a secure invoice you can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App. If you'd prefer a different method, just ask and we'll work it out.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days of check-in, half of your payment is refunded, and if we're able to re-book your dates, we'll refund you in full. Bookings made through Airbnb follow the cancellation policy shown on the listing.
Yes. All five homes are smoke free, and none of them allow parties or events.
